The Constructor's Portal is a solution for the operational interaction of all participants in the construction project

The Construction portal is a targeted solution (based on Dedal Construction Project Management Software) that allows the company to create a single information space for all subjects of construction projects.
The Constructor's portal allows to solve the following tasks:● Project planning - agreement and approval of the list and cost of works;● conclusion of contracts, negotiation of contractual prices;● fixation of payment for types of work taking into account the payment of the material component of the work;● operational display of the fact of performance of works by foremen and contractors;● acceptance of completed works according to pre-agreed agreements;● making changes to the project, confirming changes;● formation of project documentation in one format;● prompt access to the project;● prompt display of all changes made by anyone;● storage of information about contractors' licenses for certain types of work.
The use of a portal solution will allow to:● significantly reduce the time for coordination and control of the project;● significantly increase the transparency of contracts, which means the level of trust;● reduce the time for entering operational data, which means freeing up staff time for other important tasks;● synchronize visualization of project execution by all construction participants.
All coordination processes in online mode are conducted directly on the portal, both between the customer of works and the general contractor, and between the general contractor and subcontractors.
The owner of the portal is usually the customer or the general contractor. Access to information and its entry/editing is divided into user and role access settings. All information is available to the portal owner, he authorizes the user and assigns him roles. The customer usually sees data related to the implementation from the general contractor. The general contractor sees the sales price, the cost of the work and the input cost of the subcontractor. Subcontractors only see their work on certain projects. Contractors, as direct executors of works, also have access to the portal, and see only the works according to their projects. Their access to information is limited only at the level of the list of works, planned deadlines, resources and their volumes.

The constructor's portal allows you to assemble into an automated process the entire cycle of accounting for construction projects, from the creation of estimates and work plans to the display of operations in operational and management accounting and the transfer of data using automated exchanges to any accounting system.
Unappointed works in the builder's portal can be tendered. Tender offers are provided under the following scenarios:● General construction works are transferred to the contractor with rigidly fixed works and resources for the works. Subcontractors indicate their costs of work and terms of their completion;● The collection of tenders for special works is submitted only with a hierarchy of top-level works and drawings, where the subcontractor independently indicates the list of works and the resources necessary for their implementation, as well as the cost and terms. Comparison of such tender offers is conducted at the top level.
There is the possibility of comparing and selecting tenders based on several criteria (priority of criteria is set by the user):● rating of executor;● cost of works;● terms of execution.
The constructor's portal allows to maintain a system of ratings of contractors based on system data according to the following indicators:● high-quality performance of work without or with a small number of modifications;● performance of work on time or earlier;● absence of fines and violations;● quality of supporting documentation.
