Cross-Tenant Users in Dedal CPMS: One Account for Multiple Tenants

Dedal CPMS now supports cross-tenant users, allowing a single user to access multiple tenants with one login and password and switch between them without signing in again.

What is a tenant?

A tenant is an isolated workspace with its own data, settings, and users.
Separate tenants are typically used to isolate different business units that operate independently. For example, they may have different owners, user teams, or administrators and therefore require separate environments.
If multiple legal entities work together on the same group of projects and share common business processes, creating separate tenants is usually unnecessary.

What's new?

Previously, users needed a separate account for each tenant and had to log in every time they switched between environments.
Now a single account is enough. Users with access to multiple tenants can instantly switch between them without re-entering their credentials.
